The Learning to Read is Simply Child's Play! presentation includes:
   - Instructions on how to introduce sounds and how they work through child-centered, fun, multi-sensory activities.
   - Information on how such an approach is supported by brain research and child development studies.
   - Explore many hands-on props which can be asily made.
   - Ideas on how to extend and adapt the introduction of early literacy skills to fit different needs and interests of children, all the way up to writing independent sentences.
   - Inspiration to ensure that your young children begin their school career empowered with basic comprehension of the skills of literacy, and happy, positive associations with the written word.
   - See film of pre-kindergarten children involved in these innovative activities, and, consequently, happily reading books.
